I tried to change my email address and now I have two Demosphere accounts.

If you have used both email addresses to sign into Demosphere, we cannot delete the old email address. But Demosphere can, they just need to know your old email address and your new email address. Click here to email Demosphere and submit the request.

We have a blended family and I can't see my child's information.

Players can be part of multiple households. The player likely has two separate accounts right now, one in each household. We will add the currently registered account to the other household, and then merge the player accounts. So both families will have access to the player's information. Adults can also be in multiple households, if that is what is needed to make sure the right people have access to the right information. To have this set up, contact us at fdsaregistrar@gmail.com.
